Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 12" Skillet with Cover, 722-30GP1

My husband and I have been switching away from nonstick pans due to their lack of durability and health concerns. This is a beautiful skillet made of heavy material. For those used to nonstick, just remember that stainless steel requires less heat to cook. You shouldn't have to heat higher than medium to get a good sear. If you remember this then many of the woes of stainless steel (food sticking to pan, difficulty cleaning, etc.) are null. The one exception is eggs, which is probably better left for nonstick.

This pan is non-stick and very light weight. The lid fits perfectly. It washes up beautifully.
