Okay so this some brass tacks but high quality gummies. I have experience with creatine supplements and can vouch the effects per 1000 mg are as expected. More intense onset than capsules. Sticky tastes just like candied pineapple. The collagen is the main perk (: there are no instructions given on the very plain label so follow other 3000 creatine monohydrate regimens. Great product at the price.
