Winco CSFP-8, 8-5/8-Inch French Style Fry Pan, Carbon Steel Frying Pan with Extra Long Solid Metal Handle

This 8.625" polished carbon stainless steel French style fry pan is one of five in this collection of Winco fry pans ranging from 7.875" to 12.625." This set of fry pans has curved side walls and a flat bottom to prevent food from spilling out and to ensure complete, even cooking of all contents. Fry pans also are built with sloped sides to prevent the accumulation of steam in the pan. This 8.625" fry pan is capable of frying, sauting, searing, and more and is one of the highest quality pieces of commercial cookware offered by Winco among other brands. The pan and handle are connected by rivets, rather than welding, to ensure a longer-lasting construction without a need to adjust to find a new pan if one breaks, more common with welded pans.
