I clean my entire exterior each Spring. This product has totally changed my method of washing the exterior of my house, garage and apartment! Before I was using a Power Washer. Now 1 gal of 30 Sec cleaner %26 1 gal of bleach with 20 gal of water in a sprayer is what I use. A garden hose to spray the area 1st then the sprayer. That's it! It removes the green mold on the north side.
