Warning you need ti drink plenty of water or you'l

it works! Your colon will evacuate within 4-6 hours. I lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks using 2 tea bags at a time. I let it cool and drink it all down at once. it's not too unpleasant a taste...it's tea.
