This will now be a staple in my home because it is so incredibly tasty!!!! I make a lot of Mexican food, but nothing ever wows me. However, I made burritos this week and added this pico… No exaggeration, they were the best burritos I’ve ever had! Way, way, way better than any restaurant or taco shop, and the only thing I did different was add this pico de gallo! I am so excited I gave it a try! Not only did I save time on having to chop all this, but it is super inexpensive and tastes amazing!!!!

Fresh, good quality.

This is a good quality Pico. Much better than the spaghetti sauce in a jar that passes for salsa. Not only good on Mexican, but I will use it to top off other things like hotdogs or rice. I prefer the Hot version. But the expiration dates usually aren't the best. I'm assuming because the hot doesn't sell as fast.

What is meant by the word GUARANTEED, in the term "Freshness Guaranteed"? A plastic 10 oz. container of the Mild Pico de Gallo was delivered yesterday, with a "use by" date of tomorrow. But the small square pieces of onion were HARD, and the stuff was not colorful, and almost tasteless. It certainly wasn't fresh. Perhaps some recycling happened, with unsold containers added when the newest batch was mixed. That is a serious charge, but I don't understand how else this container was aged, unless a new "use by" date had been placed on an older container. The hard pieces of onion puzzle me, because I NEVER have seen anything like them before.
