First time I used this supplement. I checked and compared the mg's, count and price on Walmart and Amazon. Walmart was the better choice. Although there are some side effects mentioned on google search for Jiaogulan so far I don't have any of those or any other issues. The capsule is not difficult to swallow and has no taste to it. I take Jiaogulan mainly to keep my cholesterol level in a normal range since it was a few month ago a little over normal.
