Disappointed. Does not appear to be a new item.

Item arrived quickly, however, it did not come sealed in the typical clear poly bag and has no Gund paper tag, so it appears to be used and not new. Also, Bert's tongue is nothing more than a sticker and is not a sewn on piece of felt as pictured. Will be returning and will purchase elsewhere.
