So far, so good! I have used this griddle for a little more than a month and like it so far. I made a bunch of Oklahoma smashburgers for a group of friends that have become the most requested dish I make! Had plenty of room for double patties for everyone and I love the rack for quickly putting bread, etc once it's cooked. I like that I can control the temp into different zones from ultrahot to medium or even low. You definitely will want an IR temperature gun. And be sure to buy the grease pans specifically for Halo, or you will have a mess. My only negative is the user guide. I got through all of the assembly and seasoning and THEN the instructions said to wash the griddle first. Grrrr! Other than that, great griddle!

Some might say I'm obsessed!
This was my first-ever outdoor griddle and I have no regrets for choosing Halo! It is so well built and sturdy... much more high-quality feeling compared to the griddles I checked out in stores around me. I had no issues seasoning the plate and it's been super non-stick since. The size is perfect for me, I usually cook for 2-6 people. Breakfast has been one of my favorite things to cook on it! I started using an infrared temp gun to learn the temps but after just a few cooks I've found it's really easy and intuitive to manage temperatures on this griddle. Highly recommend.
