been using this forever. I freeze the fruit/veg, add them to a scoop of protein and milk or water, make a great smoothie after working out. Not only does it help w/energy, curb's hunger, gives me the amount of protein I need, I also took the amount of fruit/veg I need -all in a tasty smoothie ! ( I DOUBT I'd eat those fruits/veg alone daily} Easy on stomach, love that 1 scoop is a serving when most powder's are 2. I'm female, over 50, workout daily and need more protein than avg amount. Awesome protein

I am buying this protein for awhile from Walmart, this is my 4th or 5th container and I have tried all flavors. I like the taste, amount of protein, amount of carbs and overall texture. I drink mostly vanilla and add matcha or frozen strawberries and it works well. It's a meal replacement for me and with 2 scoops I go all day without getting hungry or down. I have tried many other protein powders from GNC but ended up with this and I can recommend it anyone for sure.

Great Whey Protein product, and priced right...

For the money, this Body Fortress Whey Protein is hard to beat. We use it everyday in our protein smoothies: 16oz of crystal light orange, 4oz of great value greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey protein, 2tbl PB2 peanut butter powder, and a handful of frozen fruit (great value frozen strawberries, mixed fruit, berries, or just plain frozen bananas). Mix in the Ninja, and you have an ultra-smooth, super tasty smoothie. Calorie count for the whole drink is 480, and my wife and I usually split it 60/40...protein total is over 30g.
