Have only used a couple of times so far but am very pleased with the proofer. Made a great loaf of bread. Folds up easily. Went with another reviewers suggestion to buy the storage bag and am so glad I did. Packs away safely, no worries about getting damaged in the storage area.

Amazing
This proofing box is going to be an absolute game changer in my sourdough journey! I've only used it a handful of times so far but it has made all the difference in proofing my dough and there's no guessing anymore. Also our home has single paned windows and it's always freezing in the wintertime. I know this is going to be so helpful during those cold winter months to keep my sourdough at perfect temp! I highly recommend if you love to bake like I do!
