We are sorry to hear that the heated throw is not heating enough. If your heated throw is not working properly, it could be because the unit is not getting enough power or there’s an internal error found. A throw will not heat for the following reasons: 1. Bedding product is plugged into an extension cord and plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Bedding product wasn't plugged in properly. 3. The 10 hour auto-off activated (some models) 4. Temperature control was not turned to the highest setting and adjusted for personal comfort. 5. Dual control blanket controls are operating on the wrong sides. 6. Make sure control isn't in the off position. Also check if there's physical damage on its cord. If there's none, please try to perform the troubleshooting steps below: 1. Turn the blanket control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. 2. Check the bedding product plug connection that directly plugs into the bedding product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 3. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time. 4. Turn control to “HI” and wait 5-7 minutes. If the steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.
