Great taste

I take 1/2 scoop in a.m. with one of their probiotics and 1/2 scoop in the evening. I am starting out slow to allow my body time to get used to it. Has been keeping me regular and no problems with bloating or pain. These are quality items formulated by a real Dr. I have used some of his other keto products which have been great too.

Several forms of fiber!

I usually just use a psyllium husk fiber. Found this randomly on iHerb and thought I would give it a try. I was pleased to see that the ingredients include several kinds of fiber. I've recently read that it's important to consume 25 g of fiber a day for a good health. This helps me get there. Especially with that extra protein intake. The quality is great. It makes as well. It does have psyllium husk in it so that insoluble fiber does kind of coagulate, but it doesn't bother me. Good berry taste. works well to get things moving through my intestines.

Good source of fiber. Nice berry flavor.

I have added this to my daily smoothie along with a the diving health chocolate collagen powder and it tastes great together. This is good for feeding healthy gut bacteria and helping you feel fuller. I like that it's a combination of inulin and psyllium husk.
