My wife suffered a severe stroke. After 2 months in the hospital and rehab she had almost zero movement on the left side. I ordered this and it is helping her movement of the left hand and fingers. It's not a miracle machine but if used it definitely helps. I would buy it again even if the price was double what I paid.

Great device but instructions inadequate.

Device fits comfortably on hand and gives a good 20 minute stretch and compression of fingers. It will do each finger in succession or all fingers at once. Basic action controls mostly self-explanatory but the included instructions are so small print that they are hand to read for advance functions. Make instructions full size page for readability. The "mirror" hand function instructions are insufficient. The velcro straps need to be longer to help weak hands close them. A stroke patient may need assistance to grasp velcro straps and close the glove tight enough to get full benefit of action. The "medium" size is about right for a person weighing 125 pounds. Vendor should offer a "left" and "right" glove with a single controller. It is not rational to have to buy 2 controllers in order to get 2 gloves.
