I've used this over the years after traveling so often kept my allergies going all the time. This was shown to me by the pharmacists. I've told many people who travel like I have that complain about allergies. It is cheap enough and works to take every day during allery season. I spent almost a week with itchy hands and feet along with burning eyes and sneezing. this has really helped with the itchiness. it's kinda hit or miss with the burning eyes but does better for the sneezing but the relief from the hands and feet makes me want to hug them.

This one work great, however I have notice that Walmart has been pulling them from the shelves in replacing them with more expensive (over priced) ones at the express store. It does not make sense to pay $ 17.00 box for a name brand when this one cost less then $ 1, has the same ingredient and works the same.
