This applies to the natural clay material of the pot, through the design to the decoration. On the outside, a lyre, a column and the portrait of an ancient emperor delight the eyes at regular intervals. The lid is additionally decorated with a laurel-wreathed "40".
The taste buds and the stomach will then be delighted with what can be prepared in this roaster. No matter which recipe is to be cooked, everything is cooked at the same time, retaining its natural flavor and vital nutrients. It almost becomes a minor matter who has to do the dishes afterwards.
The jubilee roaster can be cleaned easily and quickly by hand, but it can also be put in the dishwasher.

Healthy, easy way of cooking, no fuss success
Gorgeous healthy eating with my German Roemertopf. I used these for over 50 years and the whole family likes the moist chickens it produces. I gave my old one to my daughter and invested in a new one. Easy recipes, one of our favorites is organic chicken; cut in 4 pieces on a bed of sliced raw potatoes, or baby potatoes. Same garlic cloves, red thai chillies on the corner, one bayleaf peppercorns and a few sprigs of rosemary. Some small onions if you like. You always soak the pot first in water, add the ingredients and put it in a 400 F oven. After an hour I open the lid with a towel to let the steam escape and add Kalamata olives and let it cook for another 20-30 mins until brown. Very yummy, everybody enjoys it.
