Gets me drinking more water. Its nice i really like the flavor it is my favorite flavor so far. Only one con the cover tab doesn’t like to stay down on the tab lock when you're sipping sometimes it will come off maybe needs to be longer. i don't have an issue with other ones, just the fission cartridges. it will come unlocked and smack my nose a little
