Excellent unit

Awesome unit! This is our second one. The first one has been working for 3 years and no issues. We did have a push switch the didn't engage which prompted me to order one but the day later worked fine. I'm figuring is was just warm since I just finished brewing a new pot of ice tea.

GREAT tea/coffee maker

I really like this tea/coffee maker. The pitcher is glass, very nice. Its design is very good, from the grinds basket and bags to its reservoir. It has 2 small holes in the back so you don't over fill it. I just put tape over them so it would not leak. I still see the holes and know where to stop. FYI the reservoir holds 1 quart of water FYI.
