These crystallized gingers are so good!

I just got my second ordered items today and now I have 2 x 5 lb more crystallized gingers from this company. These gingers are so good, I cannot stop eating them. I am drinking ginger-lemon tea mixed with Earl Grey tea and raw honey, daily. Since I have these crystallized gingers I put some of them in the tea. The delivery of my order was very fast! At first glance the color was not as golden yellow as I was used to but I have been pleasantly surprised. It is very good. The taste is excellent has a good bite as ginger should. I would definitely order again.
