Disappointed with C %26 R Marketplace, not Walmart

I ordered 2 packages of 9 Mega Roll Charmin that were supposed to contain a total of 258 FT2/package. After delays, the 2 packages arrived. One contained 9 "Mega" rolls of 239 FT2 and the other had 219 FT2/package. That's a shortage of 58 square feet and being on a tight budget, it's a big deal! To be clear, this purchase was fulfilled by a third party: C%26R Marketplace. I had a similar problem on Amazon dealing with a 3rd party. Wanted to warn others. Overall, Walmart is great...just watch out for 3rd party on the website.
