I've been buying this bad of De Wafelbakker's Buttermilk Mini Pancakes for years, and for a good reason. They're delicious. First I purchased them for my young daycare children, and I still give them to the children, but then my own family and I started eating them, and that's all we like now. I like to put a small sausage pattie in the middle of them before microwaving them. My daughter likes to sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on hers, and my husband like to pretend they are baby taco shells, and folds them up before eating them. Haha.

Perfect little oancakes

I love these little pancakes so much. I keep a bag in the freezer for quick breakfasts and my favorite way to use them is little mini breakfast sandwiches. They're the perfect size for a pre-cooked turkey sausage patty and heat up great in the microwave. I used to feed them to my nephews all the time and they loved them because they were tiny so they are a hit with the kids. Flavor wise they are pretty neutral which is good in my opinion because it makes them more versatile. They're a great value too, because there are a LOT of pancakes in that bag and it truly feels never ending. I highly recommend keeping a bag in your freezer for those busy mornings - especially if you have kids.

I have a lower power microwave (700/750). I find it works best to wrap these mini pancakes in a paper towel - keeps them moist and wonderful. I eat them with fruit, a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, and sometimes a drizzle of real Blueberry syrup - yummy breakfast within minutes!
