This elecric kettle is very nice. Easy to use, easy to handle when lifting and pouring. Love how it lights up when heating. Nice auto shut off feature. Too new to tell about durability. I hope it lasts for a long time. Would be a great gift for anyone that drinks teas. Hot chocolate. Or coffee's. Great item to use in doem room, camper or home or office. Highly recommend.

Love it, I like the auto shut off. This kettle heats up really, really good. The water stays relatively hot for at least about 1 hour. I like the blue lighting to know when it is on. It has a water screen located at the mouth of the sprout to also filter out any contaminants in the water. I was hesitant at first to purchase one. I needed another teapot to boil water since we were having difficulty with purchasing bottled water, so I decided to boil our water and replenish the water containers with water boiled from the tap. I wasn't sure that this kettle would do the job as a conventional teapot, but it has shown me that it is more than capable to get the job done.....Glad I purchased it. Plus it is easy to clean.
