Works once you figure out the wiring.
It works, but be aware the wiring pin-out is different compared to the original and no connector is included, so you will have to fabricate something. Also no instructions describing the pinout. I used the metal pieces cut out of those cheap plastic wiring butt connectors (red color) which actually worked well. This took a little trial and error to get the wiring right. Tip: figure out which pins connect to the two external wires and compare to the original. I discovered that the pins on this one were 90 degrees off from the original. Once figured out and wired correctly the lamp does seem to work fine. We shall see how long it lasts...
