Topboutique Clip Dial Deep Fryer Thermometer with Stainless Steel Probe

It was unclear if the thermometer had the red slider as later pictures didn't show it, but it does come with it. I didn't look close enough and it is really long! It works great though. It helped me fry better than I've ever done by the "stick it in and if it sizzles the oil is hot enough" method. The only detraction is the clip. It doesn't support the outside edge if it tips back and ends up falling off. It is solid toward the inside. This is partly because my pot isn't deep enough to balance it. If used on a deep stockpot I'm sure it would work fine.
