I suffer from AMD or Age-related Macular Degeneration and have had cataract-lens replacement surgery. I truly believe these vitamins have helped me to keep my vision as good as it is. My grandmother had AMD before AREDS2 was developed so she didn't have the benefit of the vitamins. She was legally blind by the time she reached the age I am.
