I love the side design and that it is small enough to sit on a side counter in my kitchen. This smaller coffee maker is good for our limited counter space. It may be smaller but it still makes a 12 cup pot. It is easy to clean and easy to program. Since we always had a larger coffee maker, it took a little time to get used to it but now I think it's great.
