We love the Pan brand cornmeal. The price and quality are excellent. We love a bowl of cornmeal mush in the morning and it makes the very best non lumpy, silky mush tastes great with maple syrup and a pat of butter on top. It's great for baking cornbread, too. I sure wish I'd found this sooner.
