Excellent!

This spice is fantstic marinated on a good roast and made in the oven low and slow. The odd steak has benefitted from it as well, though we're usually more of a salt and pepper house.

superb!

Amazing seasoning for baking in the oven! All family enjoyed the taste of bbq chicken. Also goes great with some honey and mustard coating. perfect for cooking in baking pocket , no need to open the plastic bag because it gives perfect crust even so. I recommend this barbeque spice and ill buy again

Excellent!

This family of spices has become my favourite, this variation also adds a very pleasant flavour to meats and vegetables. Spicy, hot, but we like it. It gives a distinctly delicious,unique flavour to pork roasts,I marinate the meat in a little oil for at least half an hour before cooking. Handy,practical packaging,good price,excellent quality.
