I really enjoy my under desk bike. I purchased it over a month ago. It was a good value for the money and a good investment for improving my health. Sometimes it is difficult to get exercise in on my busier days. This bike has been very helpful in helping me maintain a regular exercise schedule while adding variety to my workout. The bike is sturdy and of good quality. It was easy to assemble. It has resistance bands that you can use while you pedal. I like that because most under desk bikes only work the lower part of your body. I especially like the control panel and the monitor because you can keep up with your time and progress. I can get a real cardio workout by increasing the resistance level and my speed. I also registered my bike with Merach, and the bike has an additional one year warranty. That's a total of two years warranty which gives me added piece of mind. I would definitely recommend this bike. In fact, I already recommended it to two family members.
