I use this with my overnight oats and for puddings as a snack or as a substitute for a mean. I was skeptical when I was told that chia seeds would fill you up and keep the hungries away. I was used to chia seeds being associated with cha, cha, cha chia. What I was told was right on point. The texture is smooth and creamy. I've used oat milk, almond milk, smoothies and yogurt with them. The container looks small, but don't let the size fool you. You need a small amount to get maximum results.

Let the seeds sit overnight in a cup then in the morning put apple cider vinegar in two tablespoons. Squeeze half of lemon stir and drink. Do this on an everyday basis and you will see the difference of weight loss in your face then tummy.
