I was a little skeptical about using this product since it can be used on many different surfaces. I was pleasantly surprised! It's very simple to mix the concentrate in the supplied bottle with tap water. It does have a strong smell so make sure you have a window open or a fan going. The smell dissipated quickly after I washed it away with water. I started with my shower because it always gets lime, calcium, and mold. I followed the directions, left it on for two minutes, lightly scrubbed, and rinsed it away. The tile looked great, however it did nothing to breakup the calcium deposits. It may require a longer soaking time. The mold dissolved away before my eyes. I moved on to my porcelain sinks and faucets and they were left sparkling clean. It also worked great on the lime deposits on my glass shower doors. It's great to have one product that can do it all. I like the fact that the concentrate comes in biodegradable packaging and you can cut down on using plastic with the refillable spray bottle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars because it didn't do anything to remove the calcium deposits caused by my hard water.

Easy to use and less waste. Safe for all bathroom surfaces. Be sure to use in a well-ventilated room. Helped to remove limescale and hard water. Just buy the refill once your bottle is empty.
