They're GREAT!

If you visit doctor's offices or basically any medical facility, these are the best. I get PET/CT scans often and my hands and fingers would feel uncomfortably frozen. Now I just hold the large Hot Hands while my hands are raised over my head and let the warmth do its trick. The first one lasted at least 15 hours (last checked at 3:30 a.m.and the one I'm using right now is still going after 11 hours with lots of warmth left. I will be purchasing the smaller, 10 hour ones for the summer time office visits. They're GREAT! Thank You Hot Hands!

I like this larger size for keeping my hands warm in the deer stand. I opened 2 and shook them to activate the heating and then I finished getting dressed and rode my 4 wheeler to my stand in 28 degree temperature and when I climbed in my stand the hand warmers were hot and warmed my hands from the ride.
