I was very skeptical of flavor. I didn’t get over 250 lbs by eating food that didn’t taste good.I was very surprised at the taste. So far I love the chocolate. Yes it’s expensive but it has helped me start loosing weight. I would recommend this brand.

This is an excellent source of protein (30 grams) and it is NOT too sweet! Also, it's the ONLY meal replacement drink I have ever seen that doesn't contain soy. The mild flavor is just right and it has just the right amount of caffein. I drink the same thing, same flavor, every single day -- have been doing that for over a year. One only has to eat a small amount of meat in order to get 50 grams of protein.
