I'll admit that the instillation was a bit tedious but patience is a Media !! This window unit is absolutely the best ever ! The selection of options that the Media offers is also quite helpful to assist in the desired living arrangement one desires . I tried one that was pretty high end and on the top best list and despite the price the menu was very basic . High,Low,On or Off , that really does not give you enough room to achieve your desired living space . With the Media you have the control all in your hand . Whether it be on the unit itself, remote control or the app it is just a button away . Physically it was not difficult to install but there are a few steps you have to take to ensure you get the proper use out of this unit and well they are worth every step ! I would most definitely purchase again (should have a long time ago!) and I most definitely ,highly recommend!
