Almost as good as fresh out of the herb garden, and if you do not have access too a herb garden these are the closest I've found that smells great and tastes great. I take the lid off and get it out by the finger tips full and rub between my fingers and thumb over the dish it is going in. Just make it better and use less for more taste.
