I have been consuming this product for years and l love it. I usually drink one per day. I usually sip on it throughout the day in order to spread the protein instead of all at once. it has 30 grams of protein per bottle and is very low carb. There are numerous flavors to choose from and are delicious. My favorite is Cookies and Cream. They are a bit pricey but worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone especially the elderly because of all of the vitamins in it.

I don't always have time for breakfast. These protein shakes give me a morning boost. I purchased a case of the chocolate shakes. There a bit of an aftertaste, but it's not bad. I shake the bottle and drink it straight from there. If I have a little more time I will pour it in a thermos, add some milk, maybe a squirt of liquid coffee concentrate, and add some ice.
