This brace works really well as long as you adjust it properly. At first I didn't like it because I was wearing it to low on my bicep and to loose around my chest but once I figured out where it needed to be it felt much better and it has a pocket for ice that works great.. I read complaints where people said it didn't fit and if that's the case you need to keep trying to adjust the straps to your liking. I'd suggest having someone help you with adjusting the bicep strap once you get get chest strap set and then you can do fine adjustments to get it right

This is very effective at providing support and reducing pain and was a better buy online then the price I saw in store. I has taken me 3 or 4 times to find the most comfortable fit which has been frustrating at times but the more I use it the better I get it adjusted. It provides good support and prevents aggravating the pain of having a worn out rotator cup. I wish I had bought it years ago. :-)
