I've had a problem with gaining weight my whole life (39yo) man and recently I had tried this product and went from 98lbs to 120lbs in 2 months I don't follow the recommended dose and only use 1/2 a scoop daily once sometimes 2 times a day but omg I had to order the bigger container as I have found this product to be very helpful.
