What is FORTEX® Rubbing Oil? It is a most powerful topical analgesic medication in liquid form. Rub it on to where it hurts, and it works immediately and directly on joints and muscles relieving the pain and stiffness associated with muscle soreness, muscle sprains, spasms, backache and more. FORTEX® contains a high concentration of methyl salicylate - 40%, and a specially refined oil of arachis (peanut oil - high in essential fatty acids) , providing an extremely powerful, effective, and safe medication in liquid form. FORTEX® is rubbed on or soaks into where it hurts, it reaches deep to the site of pain providing immediate and long-lasting pain relief which allows you better movement and mobility without the unwanted side effects that are often associated with tablets or capsules.
