Nostalgia WK17RR Retro 1.7-Liter Stainless Steel Electric Water Kettle with Strix Thermostat, Retro Red

This is the second one of these we bought. We use ours once or twice a day. (I drink a lot of tea and my husband uses a Chemex pour over pot for his coffee). The first one "only" lasted about 10 years before the handle broke off (it still works though, we just had to drill and bolt the handle back on). Most kettles we've bought over the years (even some real expensive ones) die after a couple of years but this one never let us down. I expect we'll be back in about a decade to buy another one.
