My Lego R2-D2 makes me smile
What can I say, love lego and the star wars lego for this set alone. It's perfect the look and details of this set. The leg comes shooting out from the bottom of R2-D2 when you tilt him back. The only thing you do have to make sure you get the correct colours of the interior mechanism the right way round to make it work and yes I wasn't looking and had to rebuild part of it. It's 330mm high and 200mm wide so it's quite large but not too big. It now takes pride of place in my display cabinet with my other UCS lego sets.

The Amazing 75308 R2-D2
R2 looks amazing ,the features work great and is going to be a fantastic display piece . It is quite a challenge to build even for me a Lego builder for about 44 years and it definitely did deserve its 18+ rating ! It's not really for young children and novice builders it's a set you could very easily make a mistake on without experience and would be hard to figure out what you did wrong but it's a very satisfying build . It arrived on the 6th May, a really quick delivery time and It took me approximately 6 hours to finish the build and I enjoyed every minute and it's now one of my favourite Star Wars set .

Good build
Well it was a very interesting build out of Lego I have ever done there was some confusion in some of the stages but soon as u over come the confusion it comes together I must have been the only person to be missing a few bits but I ordered them for free from the site and once I had them I finished my build this morning.
