It comes in a long tube. About the size of a toothpaste tube. A little bigger. Definitely something that I would recommend that is equal to boudreaux's butt paste. It is pink and smells like peppermint because that's the salve in it. It's definitely useful for extreme diaper rash cases. Better than desitin.

Our go to diaper rash remedy for those more severe rashes. We typically you the Honest Company diaper rash spray because the spray is just easier. However, for really bad rashes that are not just “red” we use this. The “pink stuff” as my kids call it, is a stronger cream for all levels of diaper rashes
