I've tasted three flavors of the Clean protein bars (vanilla, chocolate chip, choc mint), and they're all delicious. The chocolate mint melts in your mouth! Not everyone likes the texture but I do. It's like tiny pieces of crispy rice cereal or a grain. I stock up when they're on sale.

I liked the intense mint flavor. My husband thought it was too strong. The bar has a cool texture. The “body” of it reminds me of a loose Rice Krispie treat that's got a light coating of chocolate on the bottom. The bar is quite flexible and nearly droops over when unwrapped. The crisps inside are very crunchy and dense. Some of the crisps remind me of a component that existed in the vintage Carnation Instant Breakfast bars. I really liked those, and I really like these!

These are fantastic! I've tried several flavors from the Clean Protein bar line, and these are my new favorite. I appreciate that they don't have that artificial aftertaste that some protein bars do. The mint isn't overpowering at all - for me, the ratio of mint and chocolate is just right.
