Awesome kitchen equipment. Follow instructions and you should be fine. Also read package fries for instructions and it's perfect. Prosper frozen natural fries said air fry for 10-12 mins on 400° and I did it for 14mins and was perfect. I put the metal rack in first, then the basket of fries on top, then cover.
