Tastes great and doesn't have all the sugar etc like regular sodas, but still kills cravings for regular sodas. it is a little pricey, but better for me and helped me cut down on amount of cokes I was drinking. Especially good for you if your diabetic.

I love all the OLIPOPs, and this Strawberry Vanilla refrigerated version is one of my go‑tos. It's delicious and refreshing with that sweet‑but‑not‑too‑sweet flavor I want. I've noticed the refrigerated OLIPOP tends to show a bit more fiber and prebiotic benefit on the label compared to the shelf‑stable ones you sometimes see on the regular soda aisle — the way they're processed and stored apparently affects the fiber/prebiotic formulation and nutrition numbers. To me, drinking it cold makes it taste even better, and I still feel like I'm choosing something smarter than a regular soda. If you care about prebiotic fiber and that actual “gut‑friendly” feel, grab the ones from the fridge section. That said, the flavor itself is great either way, and I'll keep buying this one.
