I use Kava since I have acid reflux , its low in acidity and it comes decaffeinated I like the taste, I drink it black, easy to travel with(at custom items can be seen , plus the glass jar is a nice size to store sugars, tea bags, also buttons, etc. ). Easy to see, and the size is not to hard to handle for my arthritic hands To summ it up: a great addition to my diet and also functional for every day use. Thank you !!

If you would like your coffee to be more mellow, you will enjoy a cup of Kava. Yes, it costs a little more, but it's worth it. It is so much better for you without the acid. It is decaffeinated as well, so you won't get those annoying side effects. As a person who has dealt with acid reflux for years, I have found Kava is my best friend.
