Revised earlier review update
After talking with Customer Support and reseating the ear gels they fit perfectly into the case now. Sound quality is not awesome, but it's pretty good for the price. They fit well and stay in place while I'm moving around. Bluetooth connection took a few tries to get it set up. Had to finally pair them separately to my tablet, then put them back in the charging case, take them out again and then the auto-pairing corrected and connected both. I've got a Samsung Galaxy 7 tablet with Bixby voice control. Some of the tap commands on the ear buds activate Bixby instead of doing what they're supposed to do on the ear buds. Other than that, they work well and do what they're supposed to do! And the price is great! Just a reminder to not be so quick to leave feedback, take time to learn about your new device, give Customer Service the opportunity to help resolve things.
