I color my hair every 8 weeks and so you can imagine it makes it dry. In the past 4 years I've tried at least 22 different types of hair masks, moisturizing conditioners, and some of them are home made like coconut oil with honey and yogurt. It only made a mess in my bathroom and it didn't really work as well as the blogger said it would. I've tried olive oil in a showercap, sitting under a hair dryer for 20 minutes (again very messy and time consuming)I've tried the expensive stuff that start with the letter "O" and it was okay-not enough of a difference for me to justify the $57 price tag. It was okay and it didn't do anything to my hair that a $5 hairmask wouldn't do that I can get at the drug store. So I finally tried the Nexxus Keraphix condtioner and I can tell you, it was worth writing home about. I've repurchased the conditioner at least 3 times now. I use the hair mask 2 twice a week and when I don't use it. I feel the difference. It makes my hair soft, silky and the ends very smooth. It's definitely worth the price. It's very concentrated so you only need about a quarter size for a head full of hair. If you have dry hair and or processed hair. This is a must!
