My Kids Favorite

Easy Vitamin C for Kids
My kids can be picky eaters, so I was looking for an easy and tasty way to support their immune health. I purchased Carlson Kid's Chewable Vitamin C because it has a high dose of vitamin C (250mg) and comes in a fun, tangerine flavor. They love the taste and texture of the tablets - they say they taste like candy! They are easy to chew and haven't caused any stomach upset. I've been giving them these vitamins for a few months now, and they haven't gotten sick as often. While I can't say for sure it's the vitamins, I'm happy to keep giving them something they enjoy that might also help them stay healthy.
