UpSpring Milkflow Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle Supplement Capsules, 60 Count

I have a low milk supply and had difficulty breastfeeding my first child. I was determined to EBF my second child and with this supplement I have been able to. I was also able to pump and store milk for when I went back to work. I use word of mouth for this product almost weekly. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

To start, it took me awhile to really figure out how to get these pills to consistently make my milk flow. Now it only took a couple of days for me to notice a difference (one pill in the morning and another in the evening). I started out with taking 2 pills per day and moved on up to 4 pills after a month. With that said, taking 4 pills was unnecessary because the secret is quite simple. So simple that I now wake up every morning with 5-6 ounces in each breast - that's a lot of milk, right! So what I do is take a pill right before I eat 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning. And I drink at least 16 oz. of water as well. During the day, I consume at least 96 oz of water and I eat a salad or potatoes for lunch, guacamole helps too. At dinner, I generally eat veggies, chicken and potatoes. I do take another pill during the afternoon, always right before I eat. And I wake up the next day with full breast and during the day my milk let down is consistent too. These pills are amazing because I was eating the same way before these pills, but my little one eats a lot! So it was hard for me to keep up with her consumption, and now I can! #happymom
